Lilliana | CT Child Photographer

It’s been so nice to get outside and shoot with some color!  Sweet little Lilliana is a few weeks older than my little guy, and could not be any cuter.  Are you kidding me with the mohawk?  So stinkin’ adorable.

Presenting…. our Nursery Contest Winner!  I couldn’t have been more pleased to meet this sweet baby girl and her parents.  She was adorable, her nursery was divine, and best of all… it was a beautiful day so we ventured outside for a bit.

Eva | CT Newborn Photographer

I often find myself chatting with new moms during down time at my sessions… we share stories and compare notes, but meeting Eva’s mom was a totally different experience.  Eva was born at just 28 weeks, and after 10 long weeks in the NICU, she finally came home.  Though our stories and experiences were so vastly different, we cried as we talked about meeting our child(ren) for the first time.  I had a huge lump in my throat as we both agreed that no matter how much you love your husband, nothing prepares you for how much MORE you love him once you see him holding your child.  Sure I’ve gotten choked up or teary eyed, but during our talk I had big ol’ tears rolling down my face.  Becoming a new mom is such an incredible thing, and Eva’s story put that acutely into perspective for me.

William | CT Newborn Photographer

Hi friends!  I’m way behind on blogging.  Things have been really busy, but I’m going to make the time.  I have tons of sweet babies to share with you, and some fun personal stories.  For now though, a (long awaited) sneak peek for sweet William’s parents.  This little guy was such a peanut, and so easy to work with.  I hope you guys love these!

Dad is a huge Yankees fan (thumbs up from our household!) and William cracked a smile as soon as I put this hat on his head… I think you have a future little slugger here.
